    List of Ingredients




    6 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    6 oz yellow pear tomatoes, halved
    1/2 C finely chopped herbs(marjoram,parsley,thyme,lemon thyme, or basil(particularly purple basil)
    3 T shallots
    1/2 C bell pepper, sliced (some of all 3 colors is nice here)
    6 T olive oil
    2 strips lemon peel, slivered thinly
    salt n pepper to taste
    4 T of parmegian or reggiano cheese, shredded
    8-12 oz of dry past (shells)

    Recipe



    Start water for pasta. Cook til al dente. While pasta is cooking... mix all ingredients in a large bowl n let sit for a short time. Toss hot pasta, then add cheese and some fresh basil leaves and toss again. Eat hot or at room temp.
