    1 cup yogurt
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cucumber (can peel and remove skin)
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 T of cilantro and 1 T green onions OR 1/4 cup fresh mint
    OR 1 T dried dill OR 2 T frsh dill

    Recipe



    In a blender, combine all ingredients on low speed.
