    List of Ingredients


    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 4 T vinegar OR lime juice
    • 1 t dry mustard
    • 1 t Agave nectar
    • 2 C olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine yolks, mustard, salt, sugar, cayenne and 2 t of vinegar (or lime juice) in blender on low speed.
    2. Drizzle 1 C of oil slowly.
    3. Turn up speed and add rest of oil until thick.
    4. Slowly add remaining vinegar or lime juice.
    5. Chill.............. till the next episode
