Create A Cake
Each of us is a uniquely special individual made up of different characteristics, experiences, hopes and dreams. Choose ONE ingredient from each category and combine with the rest to create a cake to celebrate your uniqueness. Naturally, you'll have to name it after yourself!
List of Ingredients
Category #1 -- Number of Years of Cooking Experience:
Less than 5 years..... 1-2/3 cups regular flour
6 - 20 years.......... 1-1/3 cups regular flour + 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
More than 20 years.... 1-1/2 cups regular flour + 1/3 cup oatmeal
Category #2 -- Favorite Music:
Classical............. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Country............... 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Rock.................. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
Category #3 -- Favorite Color:
Blue.................. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Yellow................ 1-1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Red................... 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Category #4 -- Number of People Living At Home:
1 - 2................. 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup applesauce + 1 tsp. allspice
3 - 4................. 1 cup water + 1/4 cup cocoa
More than 5........... 2/3 cup milk + 1/2 cup mashed banana + 1 tsp. cinnamon
Category #5 -- I work:
Inside the Home....... 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Outside the Home...... 1/3 cup vegetable oil
As Little As Possible. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Category #6 -- I exercise:
Less than once a week. 1/8 tsp. salt
2 - 3 times a week.... 1/4 tsp. salt
Daily................. 1/4 tsp. + "a pinch" of salt

No.................... 1 tsp. baking soda
Yes................... 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda

No.................... 1 tsp. vinegar

Female................ 1/3 cup raisins
Male.................. 1/3 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
Directions:
Choose ONE ingredient from each category. Combine these ingredients in one bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased 8x8x2 pan. Bake at 350° until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
Note: If using raisins, use golden raisins -- it's makes for a better taste combination with the rest of the ingredients.
