Triple Chocolate Mess
This recipe was a hit from day one! We've decided that this is a poorman's chocolate souffle. It is so rich and full of chocolate. It's a very forgiving recipe if you make an error. I don't think you could ruin it. I use a 4qt Nesco cooker which enables me to control the temperature and therefore the time needed to cook. The chocolate smell will drive everyone nuts as it cooks all day.
List of Ingredients
1 Package chocolate cake mix (double or dark choclate)
1 Pint sour cream
1 Large Package instant chocolate pudding
1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
3/4 Cup oil
4 eggs
1 Cup water
Recipe
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour into crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, until it has a cake like consistancy throughout.
Serve in a bowl with ice cream
