Barbara's Green Jello Salad
To this day Barbara Stanford is requested to make her trademark Green Jello salad. Her famous silver bowl always held this pineapple delight....rarely was there any left to take home.
List of Ingredients
- 1 small package lime jello
- 1 small package lemon jello
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup cool whip
Instructions
- Make jello using pineapple juice plus water to total 1 1/2 cups. Partially set in refrigerator.
- Remove from fridge, add softened cream cheese and beat with mixer. Add Pineapple. Return to refrigerator to set up partially. Remove and add Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours and serve.
