    Recipe Introduction

A delicious cheesy, creamy casserole, great for bringing to pot lucks.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 bag of Ore Ida Hash Browns ( you can use the plain, but I like the one with the Peppers and Onions)
    • 1 cup Sour Cream
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 1/2 cups of Corn Flakes
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    1. Let the potatoes thaw out completely.
    2. Add to the potatoes the soup, sour cream and cheese with salt and pepper to taste. Mix Well.
    3. Poor in a oven safe casserole dish and top with Corn Flakes.
    4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

    Final Comments

You can also substitute the corn flakes for the french fried onions (my husband loves). Also to make it low fat, use healthy request cream of chicken soup and either light sour cream or fat free sour cream. Also use low fat cheddar cheese.
