    Beer Bread

    This was the very first bread that I ever made. It is easy and delicious.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups self-rising flour
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 12oz. can beer at room temperature (has to be regular, not light)
    • 1/2 cup melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix flour and sugar.
    2. Blend in room temperature beer.
    3. Pour into 3 6x3 inch mini loaf pans.
    4. Pour the melted butter over the tops.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees F for approx. 50 minutes.
