Overnight Coffeecake
This coffeecake rises overnight on the countertop. It is gooey and good! Serve this with "Breakfast For A Bunch".
List of Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. frozen yeast rolls, approx 20. (Can use Rhodes or Rich's)
- 1 pkg. (4 servings) Vanilla Pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine dry pudding mix with brown sugar & pecans.
- Place the frozen rolls in a well buttered bundt pan.
- Pour the stick of melted butter over the rozen rolls.
- Sprinkle the pudding mixture over the top.
- Leave out on the countertop overnight.
- In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Invert onto a serving platter.
