    Overnight Coffeecake

    This coffeecake rises overnight on the countertop. It is gooey and good! Serve this with "Breakfast For A Bunch".


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lg. pkg. frozen yeast rolls, approx 20. (Can use Rhodes or Rich's)
    • 1 pkg. (4 servings) Vanilla Pudding mix (not instant)
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 stick butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Combine dry pudding mix with brown sugar & pecans.
    2. Place the frozen rolls in a well buttered bundt pan.
    3. Pour the stick of melted butter over the rozen rolls.
    4. Sprinkle the pudding mixture over the top.
    5. Leave out on the countertop overnight.
    6. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
    7. Invert onto a serving platter.
