    Jewish Apple Cake – Grandma

    List of Ingredients




    2 tsp cinnamon
    5 tablespoons sugar
    4 or 5 slice tart apples

    Mix and let stand until batter below is mixed up.

    Batter
    3 cups unsifted flour
    2 cups sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 cup oil
    2 ½ tsp vanilla
    ½ cup orange juice

    Recipe



    Mix all together for 5 minutes. Batter will be thick. Layering apples and batter, pour into greased tube pan.

    Bake 1hr 15 min.
    Cool in pan one hour, then place on cooking rack for cake to come out of pan.
