Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg yolk
3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisinsRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with canola oil.
3. In a large bowl, combine butter, cream cheese and brown sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix briefly.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened.
5. Portion heaping teaspoonfuls of dough, about 3/4 oz onto baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 7 minutes. Lightly flatten with finger. Rotate baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
