Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

List of Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
16 chicken wings
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
Recipe
Combine the first five ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken wings in crockpot. Add vinegar mixture. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until done.
Transfer wings to a serving dish and keep warm. Pour cooking juices into a small saucepan.Combine cormstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over chicken. Serve with a slotted spoon.
