Sausage Hot Balls
These are very popular. You may want an extra batch in the kitchen for a back up.
3 pounds hot pork sausage
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 jar (9 ounces) Mango chutney, chopped
Make sausage balls about 1 inch in diameter. Broil until cooked through.
Mix sour cream, sherry and chutney.
Place all in an oven proof bowl and heat.
Transfer to a chafing dish.
The sausage balls can be frozen for 30 days. Thaw before placing them in the sauce.
