    Ham and Egg Burgers

    3 (2 1/2 ounce ) cans of Deviled Ham
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    4 English muffins, split and toasted
    8 eggs scrambled
    1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.

    Heat the broiler

    Combine deviled ham and mustard, mixing well.
    Spread on toasted English Muffins
    Top each with eggs and 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
    Broil just until cheese melts.
