Quick Chocolate Fudge
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package semi sweet chocolate chips
2 squares (2 ounces ) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup chopped pecans
Line a 9x9 inch square with foil with ends sticking out, lightly butter the foil.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add the milk and stir until smooth and thickened. Add chopped nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Chill. When firm, turn out of pan, by pulling up on foil. Place on board and slice with a warm, but dry, thin knife.
