Ginger Ice Cream
This is wonderful after a spicy dinner.
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 cup candied ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon liquid ginger
Press fresh ginger root through a garlic press for the liquid ginger.
Put ice cream in a large bowl and allow to soften.
Add all and mix well.
Return to ice cream carton and store in freezer.
Allow 1 week before serving.
