    Hot Mustard

    1/2 cup dry mustard
    1 tablespoon flour
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon brandy
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup boiling water

    Combine dry mustard and flour in a small mixing bowl. Gradually stir in boiling water.
    Let stand, stirring occasional, 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Put in a small jar with a tight fitting lit, and store in refrigerator at least a week before serving.

    Makes 1/2 cup
