Whipped Butter
2 tablespoons gelatin
1 cup milk
1/2 pound butter
Sprinkle gelatin over the milk, in the top part of a double boiler.
Let sit until it is softened, about 10 minutes.
Heat over simmering water until gelatin has dissolved.
In a mixing bowl, place the butter, slowly add the gelatin mixture will whipping.
Should bubbles appear, continue beating until they go away.
Chill well.
