Horse-Radish Jelly
This is great served with baked ham.
11/2 cups finely ground horse-radish
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Certo
Bring horse-radish, vinegar, and sugar to rolling boil.
Add Surety, stir constantly for 1/2 minute.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Makes 4 1/2 pint jars.
