Impossible Coconut Pie (crustless)
Preheat oven to 300 F
Butter a 10 inch pie pan
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup milk
In a blender jar, place sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and coconut.
Blend 1 minute.
Stir in the milk.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour or until set.
