Kasha
List of Ingredients
* 1 cuts, buckwheat groats, (Kasha)
* 1 egg, lightly beaten
* 2 cups briskly boiling water
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, coat groats with the egg, let dry
2. Pour boiling water over groats,
3. Cover tightly and simmer until done, about 15 minutes, stirring once or twice
4. Fluff with a fork before it is quite done
