The first time I served this with roast lamb, I knew I had a winning combination. I've served it that way ever since.
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, slightly crushed
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cook rice, by your favorite method, in chicken broth, with clove of garlic. I steam mine.
- Stir in zest, dill and butter when ready to serve
