    The first time I served this with roast lamb, I knew I had a winning combination. I've served it that way ever since.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
    • 1 clove garlic, slightly crushed
    • 1 cup long grain rice
    • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    • 2 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Cook rice, by your favorite method, in chicken broth, with clove of garlic. I steam mine.
    2. Stir in zest, dill and butter when ready to serve
