    Ham with mustard glaze


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ham steak
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1 tbsp vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Place ham in a shallow dish.
    3. Blend above ingredients and place over ham.
    4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
