Meat Marinate




List of Ingredients



• 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  
• 3 tbsp white vinegar
  
• 3 tbsp soya sauce
  
• 1 tsp msg
  
• 1/4 tsp savory
  
• 1/4 tsp onion powder or flakes
  
• couple shakes worcestershire sauce
  
• 1 tsp garlic powder
  






Instructions



1. Marinate meat for 2 days.
   






Final Comments


I use this marinate when cooking moose meat. I cut the moose in thin strips against the grain. Cook in a hot skillet, no oil, for 10 to 15 minutes.
