    Baked Turr

    Clean the turr. Prepare your favorite stuffing mix.
    Stuff the turr and prick the skin with a fork.
    Place turr in a bread pan ontop of a ball of tinfoil, this keeps the bird out of the fat.
    Pour hot water in the bottom of the pan almost upto the top of the foil. This keeps the fat from smelling too much.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and pour off fat.
    Add more water and cook for another 45 minutes to an hour.
