    Ham Paté

    2 (3 ounce) Pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. ground cooked ham
    1 tbls grated onion
    2 tsp. finely chopped pecans
    1 tbls milk

    Combine one pkg cheese, ham, onion, pecans. mixing well. Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap. Spoon mixture into mold, pressing firmly. Cover. Chill 3 hours. Unmold on serving plate. Beat remaining cheese and milk until smooth. Spread over mixture. Serve with croutons.
