    List of Ingredients




    1 gallon cider
    5 cinnamon sticks
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 cup orange juice
    2 teaspoons whole or 1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1 cup sugar


    Recipe







    Boil and simmer 45 minutes. Reduce sugar by 1/2.
