    Broccoli Bread

    1 box Jiffy ccornbread mix
    1 pkg chopped broccoli, thawed, not cooked, drained
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp salt


    Mix all ingredients except the Jiffy mix. Add it last. Pour in greased 9 X 13 inch casserole. Bake @ 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
