    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 cups buscuit mix
    2 tbls chopped parsley
    2 tbls minced onion
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

    2 tbls margarine or butter

    Combine milk and egg. Add biscuit mix, parsley, onion and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into greased 9 inch round pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Pour melted butter over batter. Bake @ 350º for
    25 minutes or until golden brown.
