    Italian Calzones

    1 tbls oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 cups finely diced ham
    1 (8 oz) pkg cottege cheese
    1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
    1/8 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed

    Heat oven to 425º. In skillet, heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook
    5 minutes, stirring. In large bowl, combine ham, cheese, parsley, pepper
    and put in onions. Mix well. Cut bread dough in 6 pieces. On
    floured surface, roll each piece in 6 inch rounds. Spoon filling in center of
    bread. Moisten edges. Fold in half. Seal well. Bake on ungreased skillet for 15-20 minutes until brown.

    Yields 6
