1 2/3 cup flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup pumkin (canned or fresh)
Recipe
Stir dry ingredients together. Mix well. Set aside. Combine remianing ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Mix enough to blend.
Grease 9 X 5 X 3 floured pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 60-75 minures.
