Sprinkle 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese over. In blender, put 2 cups milk, 4 eggs, 1 cup Bisquick, parsley and 1/4 tspeach of salt and pepper. Blend. Pour over meat mixture. Bake @ 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
