    Butterscotch Coconut Drops

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup butterscotch morsels
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts & flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except butterscotch morsels, walnuts and coconut.

    Stir in morsels and nuts. Chill. Shape into balls. Dip tops in coconut.

    Top with a cherry half and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
