1/2 cup soft cream cheese
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
tablespoon non-instant skim milk powder
Recipe
Cream all ingredients to form a moldable dough. With moistened hands, form into egg shapes. Cover and refrigerate overnight until firm. These candies should be refrigerated between servings. These eggs can be dipped in chocolate or carob.
