3/4 cups pineapple juice, drained from pineapple chunks
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup and 2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup and 2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
Pineapple chunks to taste
2 cups cut up cooked chicken
Rice or chow mein noodles
Recipe
Combine pineapple juice, water, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and chunks in a sauce pan. Heat until thick and clear, sturring constantly. Add about 2 cups cut up chicken and simmer 15 minutes.
