1 pound red candied cherries
1 pound green candied cherries
1 pound candied pineapple
1 pound pecans
1 (15 oz.) pkg. golden raisins
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed
4 eggs
1/2 cup bourbon
3 tablespoons milk
Recipe
Cut cherries, pineapple and pecans into small pieces. Combine with 1/2 cup flour, toss to coat well. Set aside. Combine remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; set aside. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, beat well.
Stir into fruit mixture. Add flour mixture. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. (There will be mostly fruit, very little batter - don't over bake). Makes 9 dozen.
