1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter -- softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups quick oats -- uncooked
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in bowl; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat until mixture is fluffy. Add flour mixture, at little at a time. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
