(1 c.) butterscotch morsels 1/2 cup butter 2/3 c. light brown sugar, packed 1 egg 1 1/3 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. chopped nuts 3/4 tsp. vanilla Recipe Chill. Shape into 12 inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill thoroughly. Slice very thin. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees. Cool slightly. Remove from sheet. *NOTE: Freeze, will cut easier.
