    Peanut Butter Rocky Road Bars

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    4 tbls margarine or butter, softened
    1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 large eggs
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1/2 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped (I like to use pecans on occasion)
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces


    Recipe



    Mix brown sugar, peanut butter, sugar and butter until well mixed. Use a mixer to beat until creamy. Blend in flour, baking powder, vanilla and eggs until well blended, constantly scraping bowl.

    Press dough on bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate over top. Bake 5 minutes or longer or until golden. Cool.
