Recipe
Blend sugar, butter, egg and vanilla till light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate. Mix well. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add to sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk. Stir in nuts and blend well. Pour into buttered 9 inch square pan. Bake brownies in moderate oven (350F) about 30 minutes. Top with icing.
