    Fudge Brownies

    3/4 cup cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups flour
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup boiling water
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 tsp salt

    Mix cocoa and baking soda. Blend in oil. Add boiling water. Stir until
    mixture thickens. Add sugar, egg and 1/3 cup oil. Stir till smooth.
    Add flour, vanilla and salt. Stir well. Pour in greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
    Bake @ 350º for 35-40 minutes. Cool first.
