Make Bread stuffing. Add onions, celery sauted in butter. Season with polutry seasoning. Stuff and roll 1 pound of fillets of sole. Place in buttered dish. In small saucepan, combine one can of newburg sauce, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tbls mustard, 1/4 tsp garlic. Heat through until well blended. Pour sauce over fillets.
