    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 tbls low fat or no fat dry milk
    2 tbls corn oil
    4 egg whites (broken at room temp)
    1 1/2 drops yellow food colouring




    Recipe





    Stir milk and oil in a bowl. Add one of the egg whites (Do NOT beat). Gently stir to combine it with other ingredients. Add the other 3 egg whites. Stir to foam and smooth paste. Use in place of 3 eggs.
