4 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp MSG
2 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups diced chicken
2 cups celery, in sticks
2 cups sliced onions
2 cups Chop Suey veggies
2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
Mix soya sauce, MSG and corn starch with cold water. Heat chicken broth in a deep frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir over high heat. Add onions and chop suey veggies. Cook 3 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook, uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with fried egg noodles.
This recipe can be varied by adding 2 cups sliced mushrooms or by adding 2 cups diced pineapple to the cornstartch fo4r Chicken and Pineapple Chow Mein.
