2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 (6 oz) pkg frozen pea pods
1 (5 oz) water chestnuts, sliced and drained.
2 tbls sliced green onion
1/2 tsp ginger
3 tbls soya sauce
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup cold water
2 medium tomatoes, in wedges
Recipe
In skillet, mix chicken, broth, pea pods, chestnuts, onion and ginger. Heat to boiling. Combine cornstarch and water. Add soya sauce. Stir into chicken. Cook until thick. Add tomatoes and heat until hot. Serve on chow mein noodles or cooked rice.
