1 1/2 lb. lean chicken
1 can pineapple chunks (19 oz)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
2-3 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 cup onion- thinly sliced

Cut chicken into strips. Borwn. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for about an hour. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple syrup, soya sauce and salt. Add this mixture to the chicken. Stir until it thickens. Add pineapple, green pepper and onion.
