6 litres ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut up
3 sweet red peppers, cut in strips
3 green peppers, cut in strips
5 medium onions, cut in strips

Recipe
Spread 4 tbls salt over the above mixture. Let stand 12 hours or overnight. Drain. Add 2 cups vinegar, 2 1/2 cups white sugar, 1/2 small jar of French's prepared mstard or 1/2 cup of any prepared mustard. Boil for 20 minutes. Bottle. Put whole pickling spices in bag in mixture when cooking.
