10 cups Zucchini (shredded or cut up fine)
4 tbls salt
4 cups onions (chopped fine)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
6 cups white sugar
3 cups vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbls tumeric
3 tbls cornstarch
Recipe
Cut veggies and cover with salt and water. let stand for 2-3 hours. Drain and rinse. Add sugar, vinegar and spices. Cook for 15 minutes. Add tumeric and cornstarch and cook for 15 minutes or a little longer. Bottle while hot.
