    2 or 3 cups grated carrots
    1 cup raisins
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 cup coolwhip (or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)

    Recipe




    Mix the carrots, raisins and pineapple. Add dressing or coolwhip. Store in refrigerator.
