2 cups green beans -- drained
2 cups yellow beans -- drained
2 cups red kidney beans -- drained
2 cups garbanzo beans -- drained
2 medium onions -- sliced
1 medium green pepper -- sliced
3 stalks celery -- sliced
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Cover beans - green and yellow with water. Simmer 5 minutes, drain. Rinse kidney and garbanzo beans. Combine vinegar, water and sugar. Boil 2 minutes.
Add oil and salt. Mix with vegetables.
